Crystal: There are three main parts to any business. First part is delivery. Delivering your service or product. The second part is marketing. You always have to have your foot on that marketing pedal. And the third part is everything else. So, that’s training your team, putting systems in place, doing admin work. Now these three parts are in a very specific order. Meaning delivery should always be your number one priority in creating raving fans out of your customers. The second part is your next priority, which is marketing. You don’t want to continually be delivering and not marketing because your pipeline will dry up. And of course, the third main part in order to sustain that growth is everything else. Systems, team, admin.
