Crystal: That’s right.
Sunshine: It never feels constructive to me.
Crystal: Why is that?
Sunshine: Because it’s criticism.
Crystal: Or–
Sunshine: Well, it’s sometimes I think I take it too personal, and it hurts my feelings.
Crystal: Yeah, that can happen. And you have to be very careful not to hurt someone’s feelings. It could be a touchy matter.
Sunshine: So, are you going to teach us how to not be destructive versus constructive?
Crystal: That’s right. So, three powerful ways to give constructive feedback so that the person receiving it feels good about it.
