Sunshine: And I’m Sunshine. Let’s get to it.
Grit. Quero dizer, você tem que ter coragem. Mas o que você quer dizer? Como você quer dizer resistência mental ou exatamente como essa coragem "RRR"? Porque ter um negócio é difícil.
Crystal: So, we are talking about mental toughness that’s needed to be a successful business owner today. Because having a business is hard.
Sunshine: Definitivamente é difícil. E aprenda maneiras de aumentar essa resistência mental. Então, reformulando as coisas em sua mente que parecem alcançáveis. Outra maneira seria ter perseverança. Crystal: So, you have to have that thick skin a little bit to push you through. And learn ways how to increase that mental toughness.
Sunshine: Well, I’m looking forward to whatever tips you are going to share so that we can be inspired to have more grit.
Crystal: Some ways to increase your level of grit, to increase your mental toughness, would be seen obstacles as challenges. So, reframing things in your mind that seem achievable. Another way would be to have perseverance. You know, we all don’t necessarily get successful right away. It takes some time, we fall down. Next would be resilience. If you get knocked down, no big deal, wipe yourself off and get back to it. The last one would it be to have courage. Be brave enough to try something new. Be brave enough to not quit. Because as long as you don’t quit, you’re winning.
