Crystal: Backup plans are important because it ensures that the operation of your business continues no matter if there’s a glitch thrown in. So, a couple examples could be literally the electricity going out and you having a backup generator so you could still service customers.
Another example would be cross training your employees on each other’s work so that if one is out sick or leaves, that work can still get done. And it can be even as simple as backing up your technology and your computers.
