Sunshine: And what about this why are you going to share with us today?
Crystal: Well, I think a lot of people forget why they started their business. They get in the, can’t see the forest through the trees. And they lose some motivation. So, this is something that you should always look at and evaluate and really get back into your why, that passion, so you can perform at a higher level.
Sunshine: I’m looking forward to this. We all need a little bit extra motivation.
Crystal: Now, if you’re a little big foggy about your why, that’s okay. A lot of people have been there. The thing is you need to become crystal clear on what your why is, to truly be successful in business. And by doing that, you need to ask yourself some questions. The questions can be, you know, if I could do anything I wanted to, regardless of money or time, what would it be? What truly excites me? What truly motivates me? How can I make the world a better place? So, those are just some sample questions. You can dig deeper as an individual. But go ahead and that’s going to be your homework. And you may have to ask these questions multiple times. And that’s okay too. You don’t want to rush into your why because when it hits, you will feel it in your body, and you will get super passionate, and excited and feel great.
